Overview
As part of a multi-phase repositioning, The Heritage at Brentwood transformed its underutilized marketplace into a vibrant, cafe-style destination, now known as the “Corner Market.” Inspired by the charm of historic town cafes and boutique markets, the renovation reimagined the space as a warm, flexible hub that encourages daily connection, independence, and community pride.
Located at a key corridor intersection, the redesign overcame spatial constraints by blending retail, grab-and-go food service, and casual dining within a compact footprint. With its boutique-inspired finishes, welcoming layout, and integration of resident input, the Corner Market now serves as one of the most beloved gathering spaces on campus, enriching daily life for residents, families, and staff.
