Who We Are

Envisionary Collective

Envisionary Collective is the dedicated interior design and procurement studio of LB/A — a full-service architectural firm — operating as a dba of the firm. Born from over 45 years of architectural and interior design history, Envisionary Collective was established to implement the specialized work with the creativity, expertise, and heart that this work demands. We plan, design, and create accordingly.

Rooted in senior living, built for more. Both together and individually, our firms’ design approach translates to hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, commercial, educational, and active adult spaces.

The Reason

Good design is never just about how a space looks. It’s about how it makes people feel, and how it holds up for them, day after day. That belief runs deepest in senior living, where the stakes of getting it right are personal:

Our Mission

Curiosity leads us.

Innovation inspires us.

Collectively, we envision and create environments that are vibrant and meaningful.

Our Vision

Redefine environments to create genuine human connection, foster a sense of belonging, reflect individuality, and spark joy.

Our Values

Collaborate Creatively.

Connect Authentically.

Care Deeply.

Bringing this lens to every project, in every market we serve, our goal is always the same: To create spaces that genuinely care for the people inside them.

The Recognition

Redefining environments sometimes means winning awards...and we celebrate doing both. Over the years, we’ve had the honor and privilege to participate in award submissions for our projects.
